Maggie

Born and raised in Taipei, Maggie comes from a humble yet strict family, which made her character. She is over critical, even too harsh, on herself. All these have brought on her body and soul unexplainable tension, pains, and skin problems, in worse case, panic attack. All of them are silent warnings from her body. And that is when she started to take those physical conditions seriously.
Since 2007, Maggie has nourished herself through yoga practice, Feldenkrais, dance therapy, writing, mindful meditation, practicing Gyrokinesis, and through Satir model therapy. Among them, she benefited the most from yoga.
In her yoga practice, she is inspired by Philip Yeung and Desiree Rumbaugh. Their teaching in Anusara school emphasized on alignment which intriguing her went further into the world of yoga.
She also finds it the most enjoyable to practice yoga when doing it from known to unknown, from plain to profound.
All the movements and postures are done within inside and through flexibility and arrangement of our body.
