Issac enjoys yoga and has a passion for life. He believes that in today’s fast-paced world full of distractions, if one can control their thoughts, they can take control of their own life.
In his 10 years of teaching yoga, he has deeply experienced the mental resilience and focus that yoga has brought to both his work and personal life, enabling him to face more challenges in the future. In recent years, he has focused more on fitness training and has also earned a boxing coach certification. By learning more training methods, he aims to closely integrate yoga teaching with the muscle strength needed in everyday life.
This allows Issac to find himself and deal with emotions more wisely across various roles—whether as a host, broadcaster, director, photographer, or yoga instructor. He hopes that his yoga sessions can inspire and move his students even more!
