This program will focus on in-depth material that helps with healing the musculoskeletal system, nervous system and organic system via specific asana, meditation and breath work.
During this Therapeutic approach Intro Program you will learn to effectively teach and help students that have special therapeutics needs.
Here are some of the main topics that Hart would like to touch on:
Part 1 - 25h
Hart will focus on Muscular Skeletal problems and will include diagnosis ideas for yoga therapy and adaptations.
Part 2 - 25h
Hart will focus on the organic level of practice and will especially focus on the cardiac respiratory system which will include asthma, covid recovery and heart disease. He will also touch on the digestive system as well as the nervous system.

Suitable for
- Practitioners who have been practicing yoga for at least one year and who are very familiar with basic alignment of yoga posture and have the stamina to hold the poses for a longer time to allow the mind to penetrate deeper.
- Practitioners who want to join 150hr advanced teacher training, or want to deepen understanding about therapeutic approach of yoga.

Hart Lazer is co-owner of United Yoga Montreal and internationally recognized as a teacher of yoga teachers. Systematic, profound, thorough, sensitive and challenging, he is a master at teaching the mechanics of asana, having studied closely with Iyengar teacher Ramanand Patel for many years and undertaken a serious study of Ashtanga yoga. Hart Lazer offers his students the experience gained from his unique life story, from boyhood in a Jewish rabbinical school through a career in counseling and over 25 years as a yoga teacher and practitioner. In recent years Hart has explored the effects of Buddhism, yoga and trauma on the body and has developed a multi-dimensional approach to working with human difficulties.
