In this workshop, under Hart’s clear and precise instruction, you will be guided to explore six key categories of poses—standing, inversions, backbends, forward bends, twists, and restorative postures. You will learn essential alignment principles, as well as how to effectively use props to support joint stability, build strength, and enhance flexibility, making each practice more grounded and steady.
This course is especially suited for beginners who wish to establish a safe and sustainable yoga practice that can benefit them for a lifetime. For practitioners with 2–3 years of consistent practice, it offers a valuable opportunity to refine and deepen your understanding, while adjusting your approach with greater precision.
With over 40 years of teaching experience, Hart integrates multiple yoga traditions and a background in therapeutic practices. His teaching is profound, practical, and warmly engaging. Interpreter’s Bio — Sindy Chuang (莊惠茹)
Sindy is a freelance translator and yoga event organizer. Since 2016, she has studied with Hart Lazer, completing both RYT200 and RYT300 advanced teacher trainings. Since 2019, she has been serving as interpreter for Hart Lazer’s workshops.
