Bobby Clennell Healing Yoga: Breast Care for Everyone
Online via Zoom
Early Bird Offer: Now until Nov 19
We sincerely invite you to join this special three-day online workshop led by senior Iyengar Yoga teacher and acclaimed author Bobby Clennell, where we’ll explore the deeply relevant topic of breast health and self-care through yoga.
Drawing from her highly praised books The Woman’s Yoga Book and Yoga for Breast Care, Bobby has crafted a thoughtful and healing program that combines practical guidance with mindful movement. Through gentle, therapeutic sequences, you’ll gain a deeper understanding and embodiment of holistic breast care.
This course is ideal not only for women who wish to cultivate greater awareness and knowledge of breast health, but also for teachers, caregivers, and anyone seeking practical and effective yoga-based support for themselves and others.
We’ll begin by building a foundational understanding of breast anatomy and surrounding areas. The session will feature an energizing yoga sequence designed to stimulate liver function, enhance blood circulation and lymphatic flow, and ease tension in the shoulders and upper back. These practices help balance breast tissue, strengthen the immune system, and cultivate inner resilience and vitality.
Learn a series of gentle poses and restorative practices to help ease common issues such as premenstrual breast swelling, tenderness, and discomfort, as well as non-cyclical conditions like cysts or fluid retention.
This session is designed especially for caregivers and teachers. Bobby will share valuable therapeutic tools and insights to help you support students, friends, or family through yoga. She will also discuss essential pre- and post-surgery care methods, along with practical recovery techniques to promote healing.
Over these three days, you’ll deepen your connection with your own body, develop compassionate self-care practices, and gain practical tools to become a steady and nurturing source of support for others.
If you are currently undergoing active cancer treatment, we recommend joining this course after your recovery, so that these practices can best support your well-being.
Replay available for 30 days after the course.
