2021
I've been practicing Ashtanga yoga for the last ten years. I met Adarsh in Taiwan Space yoga. He is an authentic and knowledgeable yoga teacher with an easy going and very positive personality. The atmosphere of the mysore room led by Adarsh is always relaxing and non-competitive making the practice so much easier and fun. His incredible and intelligent adjustments amazed me each time because they were so gentle and effortless but yet extremely precise and effective. Even with advanced postures, I was able to go deeper and be more open in a very safe and calming way under his adjustments.
Adarsh's enthusiasm, continuous dedication and study of ashtanga yoga inspired me to keep on my practice as well. Ashtanga yoga can be demanding yet rewarding built upon discipline, which I personally find the key to success. I'm very thankful for all the classes I could spend with Adarsh.

“At the end of an immersion students usually want to leave at the end of the day and go home to rest, play etc. At this training, every student just wanted to stay and absorb more of the knowledge and continue to experience the special feeling of the shared Yoga. It was extraordinary!”
