Meditation

Group meditation courses give members of all levels the opportunity to incorporate another aspect of yoga into their practice. Members will learn a variety of meditation techniques which help you to focus, relax, and build awareness, thereby taking the opportunity to move to a higher level of meditation. In the course, you may use posture warming, breathing, chanting, healing music or sounds to condense your concentration and make your mind clear.

Through the practice of these skills, we will be able to calm our minds and see more clearly to ourselves and the world around us, and our actions will be accompanied by deeper wisdom. Regular practice can trigger a deep sense of relaxation, peace and vitality.
