寶~我幫妳翻成英文時,會保留 SPACE × agoy × Pink Day 的療癒感,但不會逐字硬翻,讓它讀起來像真正的英文活動頁文案。尤其「憶起溫柔的力量」我會延續前面用的 Rediscover the Power of Gentleness。
Every mark tells a story of a journey taken with courage. Pink Day is more than a color—it is a gentle reminder to give yourself the care you deserve.
This Pink Day, SPACE partners with agoy to invite you to make time for yourself. Through relaxation and mindful practice, reconnect with your body, listen to what it is telling you, and embrace where you are with gentleness.
Amid the busyness of everyday life, we often forget how to truly relax. With the gentle support of agoy yoga healing bolsters, this experience combines Yoga Nidra and Nada Meditation to guide you through a gradual release of accumulated stress and tension.
Give yourself permission to slow down. In a space of deep stillness, allow your body and mind to be nourished and gently awaken the inner sense of peace that has always been within you.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient guided meditation practice from India, meaning “awareness in sleep.” Through verbal guidance, you are invited into a state of NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), resting in the space between wakefulness and sleep. This practice encourages the mind and body to enter a deeply relaxed state, supporting restoration and a sense of renewal.
Nada Meditation explores the meditative experience of sound. In Sanskrit, Na represents the “fire of life” (Agni), while Da represents the flow and resonance of life energy (Prana). The practice is a journey of Pratyahara—the withdrawal of the senses—where focused breathing and the practice of “Call & Response” invite you to experience the continuous, one-pointed flow of sound (Ekatānam).
With the gentle guidance of Natalie, let go of judgments about what is right or wrong, good or bad. Feel your body gradually soften and allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Between sound and silence, return to a place of deep listening and enjoy a moment of simply being with yourself.
No striving. No comparison.
Simply be present with yourself, one breath at a time, and slowly return to the feeling that has always been there—inner peace.
