Modern life often pulls us away from ourselves. We become caught in habits of striving, self-judgment, comparison, and emotional reactivity, making it difficult to respond with clarity and compassion.

This four-day immersion invites you to slow down and cultivate a more intimate relationship with your body, heart, and mind through the integrated lens of Insight Yoga.

Drawing from over three decades of practice and teaching, Sarah Powers uniquely weaves together Yoga, Mindfulness meditation, Buddhism and psychological Inquiry with Internal Family Systems (IFS) method to create a practice that supports not only physical wellbeing, but also emotional resilience and psychological freedom.

Each day includes guided Yin and Yang yoga practices, Mindfulness meditation, psychological inquiry, and teachings that help us recognize the protective patterns that often limit our capacity for genuine connection—with ourselves and with others.

Throughout the workshop, we will explore how awareness can become the foundation for meeting our inner critics with greater wisdom and compassion.
