Our 300 Hour TT has been divided into 3 modules, each consisting of 100 hours. These modules may be taken separately as continued education, taken together as a 300 hour certification, or added to your existing 200TT to acquire the RYT 500.

Each module is focused on being an advanced yoga teacher through improved yoga technique and leadership skills. There is a focus on yoga practice (meditation, pranayama, asana), and focus on yoga in the real-world, examining self leadership, team leadership, and personal vision.

In order to lead others, first we must lead ourselves. This first 100 hours of your training puts the focus squarely on you! This module takes a hard look at the daily habits, routines, and rituals that have defined your life so far. Learn the strategies of world class performers and how you can model their success in your own life. Focus on developing a realistic practice that will motivate you everyday, and simple mantras for your life that inspire others.

Module 2: 2021/4/1-4/6, 4/7-4/13

“Transformation” 100 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING

Yoga is symbolized by seeming opposites that join together as one. This is the experience of a transformatonal class, in which movement and breath flow together, and the group feels as one. In our module 2, we focus on developing our ability to see, hear, and understand our students, and how to beger communicate with different types of learners. In many ways, this is about becoming more sensitive, to increase your emotional intelligence (EQ) and have greater “feel” for your students, and creating classes that go from ordinary to life-changing.

Yoga asana - Personal practice is a teacher’s primary source of knowledge. Here, you will be guided in developing your practice through the Ashtanga intermediate and advanced series. This will include sequencing, progressions, and modifications of advanced postures.
Hands-on Adjustment - Learn safe and effective assists for all categories of asana from basic through advanced; forward, backward, side bends and twists, balances, and inversions.
Yoga Wall (advanced prop work in yoga) - implement advanced props in your classes. Blocks, bolsters, blankets, and the yoga wall are powerful tools that will immediately enhance your classes and practice.
Sequencing (progressions for advanced asana) - Fine tune your yoga basics, develop sequences based on individual goals, group themes, workshops, etc.
3M Meditation - Strengthen your mental muscle through mindfulness, meditation, and manifestation. Learn how to teach meditation to others.
Pranayama - The most important nutrition is that of the breath. Study modern and traditional forms of breath work, teach breath-focus yoga and develop a personal practice.
Yoga Anatomy - Fine tune your study of alignment and movement through yoga anatomy. Here, focus on the joints and soft tissues that are involved in yoga, and develop your sense of touch through palpatory anatomy.
Movement & Mobility - Yoga is ideal for quickly screening for movement function. Learn how to observe, assess, and improve movement errors before it becomes an injury. Use your anatomy to mobilize stiff areas, and improve performance in just a few minutes per day.
The Future of Yoga - Our comparative philosophy section explores the common ideas shared by classical yoga and other traditional systems through the lens of contemporary thinking.
Leadership - Personal growth and self-development inspires others to do the same. It begins with self-leadership. Learn to implement the tools and strategies to discover your personal mission statement and to step into your power.

Suitable for

  1. At least two years of yoga practice.
  2. Completed a recognized 200-hr yoga teacher-training program.

  1. SPACE YOGA 100-hour / 300-hour certificate of completion.
  2. All hours count toward becoming a 300 or 500-hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher.

Adarsh Williams is an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher (KPJAYI - 2), Yoga Alliance teacher trainer (E- RYT 500), Mobility WOD coach, and founder of Monterey Yoga in California. With a diverse experience in the wellness field and over twenty years of professional experience, Adarsh has helped organizations and individuals develop programs around the world. He has led trainings and retreats in Europe, Middle East, US, and is a frequent guest teacher in SPACE YOGA, Taiwan and SPACECYCLE, China.

A direct student of Pattabhi Jois, Adarsh received Authorization in 2004 and has completed numerous certifications with luminaries such as Richard Freeman & John Scott in yoga, Donald Scheumann in bodywork, and Dr. Kelly Starrett in movement and mobility.

Highly regarded for his sensitive, yet deep hands-on style, Adarsh has experience working with a wide variety of students of diverse abilities, ages, and backgrounds. With a deeply held belief that anyone can develop a personal yoga practice, he is an energetic teacher who infuses his enthusiasm for practice and hard work in others. His YouTube channel has become a popular resource in the fitness community and has led to the release of two feature-length instructional videos, Smart Stretch: Active Isolated Stretching & Ashtanga Yoga: Strength, Mobility, Skill.

  • Minimum of registration to hold the course: 20 students
  • Depending on the teacher’s discretion, students may sound record, take video or photos (no flash) for personal use as long as it is not distracting, but please do not post videos on public platforms (such as Facebook, YouTube, etc).
