30 - Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training
At the crossroads of traditional wisdom and contemporary science - rediscovering the language of the body
Course Contents
In a world that keeps accelerating, yin yoga offers a fundamentally different way of practicing — not through more effort or sweat, but through stillness, patience, and surrender. Change begins not at the surface, but from deep within.
Where most yoga practices address the muscles, yin yoga works with the fascia and connective tissue — the layers that accumulate chronic tension, restrict movement, and quietly hold stress and pain. Holding each posture for around five minutes, we move through the meridians, balance yin and yang, and bring a quality of attention to the body’s acupoints that mirrors the effect of acupuncture. This is an inward practice, and a profound form of care for the nervous system.
This 30-hour training begins with functional anatomy and lived experience, inviting you to rethink what postures are actually for. Here, we don’t pursue a single correct form. We learn to observe: what happens in the same shape, across different bodies.

What You'll Learn:
Why Learn to Teach Yin Yoga
When you can teach yin yoga, your classes gain a richer vocabulary. Yin and dynamic, yang-style practices are natural complements — and together, they allow you to meet students wherever they are. Whether it’s an office worker who needs to unwind, someone recovering from injury, or a dedicated practitioner looking to deepen their work, you’ll always have something to offer.
Learning to teach yin yoga is also a journey of deepening your own understanding. When you begin to guide others, your relationship with posture, philosophy, and the body moves into new territory.
