Experience 4 days of taking your Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation to another level. Real growth in life occurs when we work at the edges, the thresholds of our limited self. This happens in all of the layers of our existence: the body, the breath and the mind. When we approach Yoga as a holistic practice and see it in the context of our whole life, we begin to experience how radiant life can become.
The program is an intensive immersion, intended to help people work towards deepening their personal practice in four key aspects of Yoga: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and the Applied "life skills" of Yoga (lifestyle, diet, and ethics).
Understand how to
*Work with Asanas as a form of therapy, vibrance and rejuvenation
*Move the body/mind into balance and stability through pranayama
*Awaken the heart more fully into our potential through the practices of stillness and meditation
Our true state is one of radiance and joy. Yoga guides us back to that place, helping us to appreciate ourselves and the life that we have all around us. Each day will be built around themes of the "Radiant Heart" and include both lecture and group work. The bulk of the program will be focused on guided practices.

This demanding course is intended to be transformative and awakening. It is ideal for those who have established practices and wish to have a chance to work through stuck or limited places both mentally and physically, to shape their practice to suit their specific condition or to have time for the practice to sink into another level. Our greatest growth comes when we step beyond our limited patterns and venture into the mystery of Life.
All levels are welcome, but due to the length and intensity of the practices, it is recommended that the student have an established practice and is ready to work and be challenged.
About Stephen Thomas
Stephen Thomas is a senior international yoga teacher. He leads Teacher Trainings, Workshops and Immersions across Asia and Europe. His teaching is deeply rooted in the traditional Yoga practices of asana, Pranayama, and meditation. His philosophical background is influenced by studies in the Classical systems of Yoga Philosophy as well as Tibetan Buddhism and Tantra, enriching and informing his personal approach. Stephen presents Yoga in its classical form, directly from lineage. In his teaching, he encourages a synthesis of physical effort (asana, cleansing Kriyas, Pranayama, etc.), with the study of Sanskrit, chanting, meditation and devotion. Integrating these deep practices into the daily spectrum of one's life is a central theme of his work. Stephen studies directly with O.P. Tiwari of Kaivalyadham, India and continues to evolve his knowledge in the fields of Pranayama, therapy, healing, and Ayurveda. This lineage is one of the few living sources of authentic Pranayama available. He has completed Advanced Pranayama Studies with Tiwari and continues to dedicate his personal practice and work to promoting health and transformation through this method of yoga. He has also undertaken a 3-year study of Yoga Philosophy with the scholar and author, Georg Feuerstein. Stephen embodies the spirit of joy, respect and deep gratitude for those who have influenced him over the years, including, Sri.K. Patthabi Jois, B.K.S. Iyengar, Richard Freeman, Aadil Palkhivala, Paul Dallaghan and Patrick Creelman. Stephen currently divides his time between his base in Asia and Zurich, Switzerland.
