Known as the healing and therapeutic limb of Yoga, Ayurveda is one of the oldest traditional medicine systems. It offers wisdom and practices that cure disease, give health and complement our yoga practice on many levels.
Join Rachel Tsai for a 2-hour workshop for an introduction of Ayurveda, the sister healing science of Yoga and how yoga works as a therapy on the mat.
