100-hour Anusara Teacher Training with Desirée Rumbaugh
The only complete Asian TT that Desiree is offering in 2010 and 2011
In a teacher training extremely valuable skills, such as, sequencing and teaching skills are introduced and practiced. There are also exercises to enhance observation and demonstration skills.
Verbal and hands on adjustments and experiences in teaching in small groups are among the many offerings. In the second part of the teacher training we will do a more in depth study of how to use themes in our teaching. We will also refine our skills in the areas of observing, sequencing and using the Tantric philosophy to help us speak in inspiring and uplifting ways as Anusara teachers.
About Desiree Rumbaugh
Desirée Rumbaugh teaches from the experiences of more than two decades of practice. She was one of the first students to study with John Friend, and one of the first to be certified in his Anusara method of yoga. She has a well-earned reputation for deepening the most new to the most seasoned practices, through humor balanced with a quest for authenticity. Her worldwide workshops and retreats aim at powerful personal transformation and self-expression, leading each student to celebrate his or her own creative power through the practice of yoga.
