I never had the time or the place to exercise. I would always find excuses for myself until I found SPACE. I was immediately fascinated by Yoga and have not missed a day ever since.
In the beginning, I was always sore for days after a class. After a while, I became more familiar with the teacher's instructions and the poses. My body has become stronger and thus would be less sore. It didn't take long before I reaped the rewards of my practice. I began to enjoy the relaxation that comes with each Asana and Pranayama practice. I feel stronger, more spirited, and I have also become lighter and healthier.
I'm grateful for all SPACE teachers from whom I have learned a great deal. Yoga practice has allowed me to find a balance in my body, mind, and spirit, and has helped me rediscover a new zeal for a better life.
