
Classes marked (90) are 90 minutes, (60) are 60 minutes, (120)are 120 minutes and (150) are 150 minutes.

Reservations are only taken one week in advance.
If you would like to ensure your space, book early! Classes are limited in size.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please call the studio at least 2 hours in advance so that others can take your place.
Failure to do so can result in the loss of reservation privileges or you being charged for the class.

Students should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to class and be in the practice room 10 minutes before the class begins.
Late students will not be admitted into class!

Practice on an empty stomach. Try not to eat 2 hours before class.
Drink plenty of water, at least 1 litre 1.5 to 2 hours before Hot classes.
