So that more people can enjoy yoga, SPACE reserves the right to admit wait-listed students 10 minutes before class time for full classes. So please check-in 10 minutes before class time for busy classes in order to ensure your space. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

If you would like to ensure your space, book early! Classes are limited in size.

SPACE瑜珈,熱瑜珈, 動瑜珈,靜瑜珈課程需知 If you need to cancel a reservation, please call the studio at least 2 hours in advance so that others can take your place. Failure to do so can result in the loss of reservation privileges or you being charged for the class.

SPACE瑜珈,熱瑜珈, 動瑜珈,靜瑜珈課程需知 Students should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to class and be in the practice room 10 minutes before the class begins.
Late students will not be admitted into class!

SPACE瑜珈,熱瑜珈, 動瑜珈,靜瑜珈課程需知 Practice on an empty stomach. Try not to eat 2 hours before class.
Drink plenty of water, at least 1 litre 1.5 to 2 hours before Hot classes.
