07:00 之哈達課程,於課程開始前30分鐘 (6:30 - 7:00)將先進行調息(Pranayama)練習,學員可自行選擇是否提早進教室參加。
調息(Pranayama)練習適合曾與 Stephen Thomas 老師或 O.P. Tawari 老師學習過調習(Pranayama)者參加。
(90)課程為90分鐘,(60)為60分鐘,(120)為120分鐘,(150)為150分鐘。
Classes marked (90) are 90 minutes, (60) are 60 minutes, (120)are 120 minutes and (150) are 150 minutes.

Reservations are only taken one week in advance. If you would like to ensure your space, book early! Classes are limited in size.
如您需要取消課程預約,請至少提前2小時來電通知。如您未完成取消手續而缺席,將來有可能喪失優先預約權,或須支付缺席之課程費用。
If you need to cancel a reservation, please call the studio at least 2 hours in advance so that others can take your place. Failure to do so can result in the loss of reservation privileges or you being charged for the class.
學員需於上課前20分鐘抵達,並於10分鐘前進入教室準備。

Students should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to class and be in the practice room 10 minutes before the class begins.
Late students will not be admitted into class!
上課前2小時請勿進食。
上熱瑜珈課程前2小時內,請務必補充1到1.5公升的水分。
Practice on an empty stomach. Try not to eat 2 hours before class.
Drink plenty of water, at least 1 litre 1.5 to 2 hours before Hot classes.
